1. Delivery Times At BeautyShape, we work to ensure your order arrives safely and as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are:
Capitals: between 15 and 20 business days;
Other regions: up to 30 business days.
Deadlines begin to count from the moment payment is confirmed.
2. Shipping Methods Orders are shipped by carriers or the Post Office, depending on the location and delivery method chosen. The tracking code will be sent via email once the order is shipped.
3. Delivery Delays Although we work with estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to external factors such as strikes, periods of high demand, or logistical issues with shipping companies. If your order exceeds the maximum delivery time, please contact us at beautyshapeloja@gmail.com .
4. Order Tracking You can track your order using the tracking code sent to your email. If you have any questions about delivery, our support team is available to help.
5. Delivery Attempts and Recipient Absent If the carrier or the Post Office is unable to deliver your order, further attempts may be made. If delivery is not completed, the order may be returned to the sender. In these cases, you will be required to pay for a new shipping fee.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address. If the order is returned due to an incorrect address, a new shipping fee will be charged for reshipment.
